Our Principal Mr. Mark Daly was interviewed by Al Jazeera to comment on the recent enactment of the Article 23 Legislation in Hong Kong. In particular, Mr. Daly expressed concerns over the vagueness and uncertainty surrounding offences with “seditious intention”, which has been repeatedly criticized by the UN Human Rights Committee as a means to curb freedom of expressing dissent and/or criticism against the Government.
